Study Description
The purpose of this study is to find out whether electrical stimulation can reduce knee pain and increase function in people with osteoarthritis of the knee.

Outcome Measures
Primary: Knee Pain (Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, Week 12)

Eligibility Criteria
Ages: 50 years and older
Sex: All
Healthy volunteers: No
Inclusion Criteria:
- 50 years of age or older
- Diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis of the knee
- Knee pain ≥ 6 months
- Moderate or greater pain
- Willing to follow protocol
Exclusion Criteria:
- Implants incompatible with electrical stimulation
- Other inflammatory joint diseases
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Recent injections or surgery
- Significant knee injury or other interfering conditions
