About Hilo Core

Hilo Core combines three components:

  1. Hilo Band
    A lightweight wearable designed for everyday use, including during sleep. It collects optical signals at the wrist to help provide insight into longer-term blood pressure patterns.
  2. Hilo Cuff
    An FDA-cleared upper-arm blood pressure monitor used for calibration, periodic reference measurements, and on-the-spot blood pressure readings.
  3. Hilo Core App
    Brings the system’s data together, allowing users to view trends, averages, timelines, lifestyle context, and reports.

Hilo Core Membership

The first 12 months of Hilo Core membership are included with the system. An active subscription is required to access the complete Hilo Core experience and ongoing blood pressure data and insights. After the included period, the subscription is listed at $149/year ($12.45/month).
