At selected locations including Newport Beach and Manhattan New York Lionheart Longevity & Wellness Licensed Clinics may offer access to treatment rooms to qualified physicians, nurses and other practitioners on half day rental terms via monthly engagements.

One half day a week treatment suite access = $1200 a month

1. EMShaping electromagnetic body toning system = $140 a half day.
2. Hydra Derma Abrasion skin system = $140 a half day
3. Bioelectric stimulator for skin, hair, joints, sexual health and more = $140 a half day.
4. Laser hair removal system = $140 a half day
5. RF microneedling system = $140 per half day.

Agreement will be a space access license agreement not a tenant lease agreement.
