What’s Included

The Lionheart Heart & Cardiovascular Health Program includes comprehensive daily foundations, targeted therapies, and system-specific support modules.

Nutrition (Daily)

Physician-approved Metabolic Meals provide anti-inflammatory, heart-healthy foods that support healthy blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. The nutrition framework follows a Mediterranean-leaning plan with daily delivery of balanced meals designed to reduce vascular inflammation, insulin resistance, and oxidative stress. Macronutrient targets include protein at 1.0–1.2 g/kg per day, low glycemic carbohydrates, omega-3 rich fats, and sodium moderation for BP control. The goal is 70–80% adherence to healthy meals throughout the program.

Daily Supplements (Doctor-Guided)

Your personalized supplement stack provides cardiovascular and longevity support including Klotho-supporting nutraceuticals, Magnesium for vascular tone, Omega-3 EPA/DHA for endothelial health, CoQ10 for mitochondrial cardiac support, and Polyphenols for vascular health. All supplements are adjusted based on your blood pressure, kidney function, medication interactions, and lab results. Supplements are carefully titrated to avoid excessive Klotho elevation or hypotension, ensuring safety and optimal effectiveness.

Bioelectric Exercise (Mandatory)

BodStim™ Electrical Muscle Stimulation Training occurs 2 sessions per week for 60 minutes per session. Each session includes warmup phase, EMS-assisted resistance and functional movements, cardio-metabolic conditioning, and cooldown with breathing exercises. This low-impact, joint-friendly, physician-supervised training is designed to improve endothelial function, enhance glucose uptake, reduce blood pressure, and increase muscle-driven cardiovascular efficiency.

Recovery and Circulation Therapies

The program includes multiple recovery modalities to support vascular health and autonomic balance. Sauna sessions occur 3–5 times weekly for 15–25 minutes to improve nitric oxide signaling, blood pressure, and vascular elasticity. Cold Plunge sessions occur 2–3 times weekly for 1–3 minutes to enhance autonomic balance and vascular tone. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) occurs 1–3 times weekly (protocol-specific) to improve tissue oxygenation and endothelial repair. Red Light Therapy occurs 2–4 times weekly to provide mitochondrial and vascular cellular support.

Movement and Lifestyle

Daily cardiovascular conditioning includes walking with a goal of 7,000–10,000 steps, nature walks or hiking 2–3 times weekly, and swimming 1–3 times weekly for joint-friendly cardiovascular conditioning. Social and emotional health activities including group walks, social interaction sessions, and community-based wellness activities are recognized as cardiovascular risk-reducing factors and are integrated into the weekly schedule.

Whole-Body Health Support

This program also supports multiple interconnected health systems. Gut health support includes microbiome-supportive foods, probiotics/prebiotics, and gut-derived inflammation reduction. Joint health support includes anti-inflammatory nutrition, EMS-assisted low-impact strengthening, and red light therapy with mobility work. Sexual health support includes vascular flow optimization, hormonal balance, and nitric oxide support. Breathing health support includes nasal breathing retraining, CO₂ tolerance exercises, and sleep-related breathing optimization. Brain health support includes HRV-guided stress reduction, neurovascular support, and cognition-supportive nutrition. Sleep health support includes sleep apnea screening, circadian rhythm optimization, and magnesium with cortisol normalization. Stress and cortisol regulation includes cortisol testing every 90 days, mindfulness, breathwork, sauna integration, and HRV-guided stress coaching.

Blood Pressure and Heart Monitoring

The program includes comprehensive cardiovascular monitoring with regular blood pressure checks, continuous home BP monitoring, heart rate variability (HRV) tracking, and lab testing to track inflammation, cholesterol, and stress hormones. Blood pressure optimization strategy emphasizes lifestyle-first BP management, sodium/potassium balance, bioelectric and heat therapy synergy, and medication collaboration with your primary doctor or cardiologist if needed.

Comprehensive Health Testing (Baseline, 3, 6, and 12 Months)

To personalize your care and track progress over time, you will complete comprehensive testing at the start of the program and again at 3, 6, and 12 months. Testing typically includes AI-enhanced MRI imaging at CoreViva to assess whole-body structure and cardiovascular health, the Generation Lab 460-biomarker blood test to measure inflammation, metabolism, hormones, and heart risk markers, the KlothoYears® Klotho test with Jinfiniti to track longevity biology, breathing and sleep health assessments (including sleep apnea screening if needed), muscle health and performance testing, immune system health assessment, a saliva DNA test for customized supplements via SNiP Nutrigenomics, plus skin health, scalp/hair health, vision and hearing, and gut health assessments. Additional cardiovascular and metabolic assessments include resting BP (home and clinic), optional 24-hour ambulatory BP monitoring, heart rate variability (HRV), VO₂ estimate or 6-minute walk test, fasting lipids, ApoB, hs-CRP, HbA1c, fasting insulin, hormonal and stress markers (AM/PM cortisol, DHEA-S, testosterone/estradiol), serum Klotho (baseline and quarterly), and optional inflammatory cytokine panel. These results allow your physician to fine-tune nutrition, supplements, exercise, recovery therapies, and blood pressure strategies to maximize safety, results, and long-term heart health.

Optional Research Opportunity

Some patients may qualify for a research-only Klotho peptide program focused on cardiovascular and longevity science, including vascular aging reversal, endothelial repair, and longevity-linked cardiovascular resilience. This optional research arm requires physician approval, IRB-style informed consent, baseline and ongoing biomarker monitoring, and is not standard clinical care.

What to Expect

Your journey begins with an initial physician evaluation including comprehensive baseline testing, contraindication screening (unstable cardiac disease, implanted electronic devices, severe orthostatic hypotension, active malignancy), and informed consent covering bioelectric stimulation risks, supplement interactions, heat/cold exposure risks, and Klotho peptide research disclaimer if applicable. The program minimum length is 12 weeks with optimal duration of 6–12 months for best results. Weekly clinician-guided check-ins (virtual or in-clinic) provide ongoing support, monitoring, and adjustments. Medical Director oversight ensures safety with quarterly physician follow-ups to review progress and optimize your protocol. Throughout the program, you’ll experience reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure, improved HRV and autonomic balance, improved lipid and inflammatory markers, enhanced exercise tolerance and vascular flexibility, and improved quality of life, energy, and overall cardiovascular health. Your care team is here to guide you safely every step of the way toward a stronger heart, better life, and longer healthspan.
