Analytical report estimates a $24 million to $86 million fair-market-value range and a conditional $70 million to $185 million strategic-value range

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., August 27, 2026 — Lionheart Health, Inc. and Leonhardt Ventures LLC today announced the completion of an analytical valuation report covering their intellectual-property portfolio in bioelectric regenerative medicine, controlled protein expression, longevity, neuroregeneration, tissue and organ repair, Klotho modulation, Klotho-expressing stem cells and related neuro-electrical technologies.

The report concludes that the most supportable current indicative fair-market-value range for the included portfolio is $24 million to $86 million, with a probability-weighted central indication of approximately $47 million.

For a strategic acquirer or field-exclusive licensee capable of accelerating clinical development, regulatory clearance, manufacturing and distribution, the report identifies a conditional strategic-value range of approximately $70 million to $185 million, with a central strategic indication of approximately $115 million.

Portfolio valuation by technology cluster

The report’s approximately $47 million central indication is allocated among six principal technology clusters:

  • Core bioelectric protein-expression platform: approximately $13.5 million
  • Klotho modulation and Klotho-expressing stem-cell platform: approximately $12.5 million
  • Brain and neuroregeneration technologies: approximately $6 million
  • Tissue and organ-regeneration technologies: approximately $6.5 million
  • Cancer-related bioelectric technologies: approximately $3.5 million
  • Schuler-origin neurocode and closed-loop bioelectronic rights: approximately $4.5 million, subject to verification of ownership, assignment, exclusivity and remaining patent life

The central indication was reconciled using recognized intellectual-property valuation approaches, including replacement cost, relief from royalty, market and scorecard comparisons, risk-adjusted cash flow and real-option analysis for earlier-stage cell-therapy technologies.

The report specifically cautions that patent publications, continuations and issued grants should not simply be added together by count. Multiple publications may represent a single economic patent family, while one broad and commercially important patent family may be more valuable than numerous narrow applications.

Recent provisional patent applications and announced filings

The following new provisional patent applications or application initiatives have been identified in recent Lionheart Longevity news releases as additions or potential additions to the broader innovation portfolio:

    Technology licensed for development through the Brain Band™ platform and intended to support brain health, neuroregeneration, cognition and healthy aging.
  7. Bioelectric Activation and Control of Wnt Signaling
    An application directed toward hair regeneration, hearing restoration, joint health, tissue repair and longevity-related uses.
  8. Bioelectric Expression of HMGB1
    Technology designed to regulate HMGB1 for regeneration, stem-cell homing, tissue repair and longevity applications.
  9. Bioelectric Modulation of FOXO3, AMPK and mTOR Pathways
    A platform focused on major cellular pathways associated with metabolism, autophagy, cellular stress resistance, regeneration and healthspan longevity.
  10. Bioelectric Activation of 15-PGDH
    An application directed toward osteoarthritis, inflammatory diseases, tissue repair and regenerative-medicine applications.

Recent news releases also describe the RegenaLung™ Klotho-Expressing Stem Cell Inhaler, combining Klotho-expressing regenerative cells with bioelectric activation for investigational lung repair and functional recovery. The valuation report assigns Klotho-expressing cell technologies risk-adjusted option value pending verification of patent schedules, assignments, prosecution status, regulatory rights and freedom to operate.

Two recently announced orthodontic provisional applications—IL-1β/PGE2 modulation for accelerated tooth movement and the ArchStim™ Smart Expansion and Stabilization System—are not included in this valuation because the report expressly excludes intellectual property owned by or attributable to OrthodontiCell.

Platform breadth and commercial potential

The included portfolio encompasses issued and pending patent families related to bioelectric control or modulation of Klotho, BDNF, GDF10, follistatin, Sestrin, Sirtuin proteins, NANOG, COL17A1, Sonic Hedgehog, inflammation, blood-pressure regulation, kidney treatment, skin and hair regeneration, tumor therapy and other regenerative pathways.

The analysis expressly excludes:

  • Circulatory-assist pumps, pulsatile stent grafts and related intellectual property owned by or attributable to Second Heart Assist
  • Orthodontic-treatment, dental-mouthpiece and related intellectual property owned by or attributable to OrthodontiCell
  • Legacy inventions assigned to unrelated third parties unless a current enforceable license or reversion can be documented
