Appointment Strengthens Lionheart’s Executive Leadership as Company Advances Commercial Growth, Clinical Programs, Capital Formation and Public-Market Readiness

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — September 8, 2026 — Lionheart Health, Inc., a regenerative health and bioelectric medicine company developing and commercializing technologies designed to improve healthspan and tissue regeneration, today announced the appointment of Scott Jordan as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15th, 2026.

Scott brings more than 30 years of experience spanning life sciences, executive financial leadership, business development, investment banking and the capital markets.

His experience includes serving biotechnology companies in CFO and C-level capacities and helping companies execute private financings, secondary public offerings, strategic licensing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and alternative public-market transactions.

“Scott is joining Lionheart at what we believe is one of the most exciting stages in our company’s development,” said Howard J. Leonhardt, Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lionheart Health. “We are moving from years of technology development and clinical validation toward broader commercialization, expanding revenues, additional clinical studies, strategic partnerships and public-market readiness. Scott brings precisely the combination of life-sciences finance, capital markets, licensing and transaction experience that we believe can help us execute this next stage.”

Leonhardt continued:

“Our objective is much larger than developing a single product. We are building an integrated regenerative health platform designed to combine bioelectric signaling, biologics, health optimization and clinical data into therapies and products addressing some of the largest unmet needs associated with aging. We believe the coming years can be transformational for Lionheart Health, and disciplined financial leadership will be essential to converting that opportunity into sustainable shareholder value.”

Scott is Founder and CEO of S. Jordan Associates, a strategic advisory and investment-banking firm serving the life-sciences sector. His background includes C-level operational experience with private and public biotechnology companies and extensive work involving capital formation, strategic partnerships, licensing and liquidity transactions.

As CFO of Lionheart Health, Scott is expected to oversee the Company’s financial strategy, accounting and reporting infrastructure, capital planning, budgeting, financial controls and investor-related financial activities. He is also expected to play a central role in Lionheart’s preparation for becoming a public company, including coordination with independent auditors, securities counsel, investment banks and other capital-markets advisors.

“Lionheart has assembled an unusually broad portfolio at the intersection of regenerative medicine, bioelectric signaling, healthspan and commercial health optimization,” said Scott Jordan. “I am excited about the opportunity to help build the financial and capital-markets foundation required to scale the business, strengthen its balance sheet, expand commercialization and position the Company for its next stage of growth.”

BUILDING FOR THE NEXT STAGE

Lionheart Health’s strategy is focused on advancing an integrated portfolio of regenerative and health-optimization technologies while expanding commercialization through device sales, licensed clinics, memberships, e-commerce, strategic partnerships and clinical programs.

The Company’s development portfolio includes technologies designed to utilize precisely controlled bioelectric signaling and complementary regenerative approaches to influence biological pathways associated with tissue repair, circulation, muscle health, brain health, skin and hair regeneration and healthy aging.

Lionheart is also advancing programs focused on Klotho, a protein associated with multiple biological processes relevant to healthy aging, together with complementary regenerative and bioelectric technologies.

The Company believes the combination of an expanding commercial platform, growing clinical evidence, intellectual property, strategic partnerships and disciplined capital allocation can create a foundation for significant long-term growth.

FINANCIAL AND PUBLIC-MARKET READINESS

Scott’s appointment represents another step in Lionheart’s effort to build the management, governance, financial reporting and internal-control infrastructure appropriate for a public life-sciences company.

Management’s priorities include strengthening financial reporting, completing independent audits, advancing SEC registration preparation, expanding institutional investor relationships, evaluating financing alternatives and preparing the Company for a potential future listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to market conditions, regulatory requirements, SEC review and satisfaction of applicable Nasdaq listing standards.

“Our focus is not simply reaching the public markets,” Leonhardt said. “Our focus is building a financially disciplined company capable of creating durable value after we get there.”
